  Nathan Schlegel

A graduate of the University of Arts in Philadelphia with a B.F.A in Lighting Design, is DYNAMIC’s principal lighting designer.

Nathan has had the opportunity to design in the historic Merriam Theater among other theaters in Philadelphia. Additionally, he interned with The Lighting Practice, an architectural lighting firm where Nathan had the opportunity to be designer on “Styling a Second Empire: A Light and Sound Experience.”  As a designer for this project, he was a member of the team that lit up Philadelphia’s Avenue of the Arts and City Hall. In 2012 Nathan was recognized for “Outstanding Lighting Design” from the University of the Arts.

As DYNAMIC’s lighting designer, Nathan has had his hands in top notch productions such as the Gilmore/Henne Rally for Recreation, Top of the Block, and many more.  Nathan currently lives in South Philadelphia and often commutes to Reading.

Kevin Parks

has worked as an entertainment industry professional for the past 5 years. He is currently finishing his bachelor’s degree in Technology Education at Millersville University.  As a student teacher at Conestoga Valley, he is teaching High School students about video and audio production.

Kevin’s passion for live sound has been life long and eventually led to him becoming the House Sound Engineer at the Miller Center for the Arts in Reading, PA upon its opening in 2007.  Additionally, over the last five years, he has worked with production crews at the Sovereign Center and the Sovereign Performing Arts Center on a number of events including: Carrie Underwood, Jonas Brothers, Disney on Ice, and WWE.

As the Lead Sound Designer, Kevin works to coordinate both live sound reinforcement and theatrical sound design for the wide range of events DYNAMIC serves.

Matthew Schaeffer

A 2005 graduate of Penn State University, has been a professional video producer for the past 7 years, during which, he has served as the Television Production Manager for the Wilson School District in West Lawn, Pennsylvania. At Wilson, he leads groups of talented students each year to numerous film and cable casting awards through his ability to work with them and pass on his own video production knowledge. In addition to working at Wilson, Matthew is co-owner of DYNAMIC Video Lighting and Sound, a leader in the Reading area for the last three years.

Matthew’s other professional experiences include working as a performer in Walt Disney World, working for WPVI-6 ABC in Philadelphia, acting as a video director and camera operator for Upstage Video, and working on concert productions such as Blue Man Group, Carrie Underwood, and Walking With Dinosaurs. Matt resides in Muhlenberg with his wife, Amanda, and son, Carter.
